CBD Spacious 3 Storey Terrace House with Courtyard | House in Auckland CBD

Stay right in the heart of the City. My place is 20 metres to Funky Karangahape Road Precinct & Queen st. Free Car Park & Unlimited Free Wi-Fi. Bedrooms on separate floors, each with own bathroom.
We are close to everything. Walk down Queen St to Town Hall, Theatres, Shopping, Art Gallery, Viaduct & Wharf Precinct. Walk to University and Sky City. Walk across Grafton Bridge to Auckland Hospital, Domain & Museum. My place is good for couples, business travellers, families (with kids), & groups.

Spacious Townhouse with a bathroom for each bedroom. On the ground floor there is a well equipped chef's kitchen with basic pantry items included, Dining Area and Living opening on to the courtyard that has a Webber BBQ and table and chairs. In the Master Bedroom on the top floor, there is a Super King Bed that can be made up as either 1 x Super King Bed or 2 x King Single Beds. I can also make up an Italian Slat Rollaway bed in the Master Bedroom if required, but it does make the space quite crowded. In the bedroom on the middle floor there is a Queen Sized bed and this room easily fits an Italian Slat Rollaway Bed if required. The couch in the living area can also be made up as a bed if required.

If night life is your thing, nightclubs are a 5 minute stroll away and the hip bars and restaurants of Ponsonby road are a 15 minute walk or hop on the Link Bus or take a taxi and be there in 5 minutes

Walk through the famous historic St Kevin's Arcade, down through Myers Park to Queen St to access shops, Auckland Art Gallery, Albert Park and Auckland University, all only a 10 minute walk away. Or walk across Grafton Bridge to explore the beautiful Auckland Domain with the historic Winter Gardens and Auckland War Memorial Museum.

There is 1 free carpark in the building. Bus stop for the Airport bus is a 2 minute walk. Also on numerous bus routes including the Auckland City Link route

Longer Stays:
Stays longer than 14 days require a guest paid refresh clean & linen change on the 14th day and every subsequent 14 days.

Check-In and Check-Out:

- Guests to provide expected check-in time - will we do our best to cater to early check-in requests.
Guests to provide expected check-out time(latests being 10am) and acknowledge the property will be scheduled for cleaning just after the time they have provided(late check-outs will incur a cleaner turn away charge or a full day rental).
Guest must view check-in guide prior to arrival to familiarise themselves with the check-in process.
Keys must not be collected prior to agreed check-in time and lockboxes(if any) must be left closed and locked.
Bags or cars must not be stored at the property prior to check-in or after checkout without approval.
Carpark(if applicable) can only be used from check-in time and must be removed at check-out time.

During Your Stay:

Please be considerate of the other residents living in the building by being courteous and keeping the noise down after 10 pm.
Please report any breakages or damage sustained to the apartment during your stay as it allows us to repair/replace it in time for the next guests.
Guest to comply with all rules in messages, check-in guides, house manuals or as posted in any building.
Lockouts: These will incur call-out/building management/security or locksmith charges.
Lost Property: We will do our best to find and return any reported lost item. All cost involved with retuning lost items including time taken is chargeable.
