Summary: Do not believe first impressions ! , The Manager is new to the Campground and it is clear that He is on a mission . The Campground has seen better days and needs upgrading , but the facilities were clean and tidy , the bed comfortable and everything worked . The Kitchen is lacking a few utensils , which I am sure will addressed shortly . The Location is excellent and a short walk to the City Centre . I look forward to my next visit .
