Separate whole ground floor apartment in a Heritage 2-listed house in central Devonport. Recently renovated to a high standard including brand new, luxurious carpet and furnishings. Quiet street few minutes easy walk to village, shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and ferry terminal. The ferry takes 12 minutes to get to the city. Thirty minutes to Waiheke Island in our stunning gulf. The apartment has a separate entrance, full use of charming garden, pretty courtyard where you can sit and sip a coffee or a wine and listen to the birds. A bbq is available. Free unlimited wifi, TV, and Netflix for your use. Your bathroom is large with a separate shower and an Engelfield bath. There is a laundry with an auto washing machine and laundry tub. Your dressing room has a chest of drawers and a hand-made wooden clothes rack and hangers for your clothes, a storage cupboard for suitcases or anything else you may have. The bedroom is sunny and has a brand new top of the range queen-sized bed made up with 1000 thread count Egyptian cotton linen. Towels, hand soap, shower gel are supplied. Beach towels, too. Cheltenham Beach – one of the loveliest beaches in Auckland -- is an easy 15 minute walk away. Or wander down to the waterfront and have a dip at Torpedo Bay. The Naval Base is on the waterfront, also. Climb Mt Victoria for spectacular views of the harbour and islands of the gulf. Explore North Head's tunnels and have a picnic as you watch yachts sail by.
