This well presented villa is a charmer, tastefully decorated, with amazing views, whether you wish to enjoy the ambience of this villa inside, or out, you will be pleasantly delighted. Plenty of space for all to enjoy.
A heat pump/aircon unit has been installed in dining area which can circulate through home plus electric heating in both bedrooms. This villa is both cosy in the winter and lovely and cool in the summer months with good air ventilation of french doors and windows.
2 bedroom consisting of king and single in master bedroom and king bed in 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom consists of king bed (Ecosa mattress) plus single bed and 2nd bedroom consists of King bed (Ecosa mattress) with platinum range linens.
A beautiful garden to enjoy, alfresco outdoor dining and bbq with well equipped kitchen with nutri bullet, food processor, slow cooker, plunger, electric and electric stick mixer. Basic items supplied; salt, pepper, coffee (instant), tea, sugar and oil.
Smart Samsung TV consists of Freeview channels plus or streaming services via your own account.
A sun umbrella is provided over summer months over outdoor dining area.
Upon parking your vehicle, you will need to walk up steps, approx 25 over 2 platform areas.
We prefer to accommodate mature guests, 35yrs plus. Children to be supervised at all times during your stay.
Sound Splash festival weekend, age bracket 35yrs plus, prefer to accommodate families over this duration.
Linen is quoted on full occupancy of 5 guests, if less guests stay, your quotation will be adjusted to reflect, linen is optional.
