Positive: Super nice view and a warm, comfortable house. 1. The only downside is the parking. If you’re driving a minibus or van, there’s a large hole in front of the house (the cover isn’t fully secure), and it’s quite difficult to make a U-turn since it’s a dead-end road. 2. After parking, you’ll need to carry your luggage down a set of stairs to reach the house. This can be quite challenging if you have a lot of bags. 3. After collecting the keys, if your room is in the basement, you’ll need to carry your luggage down another set of stairs. This can be tough, especially with heavier luggage. 4. There are three shower rooms, which is great for larger groups and makes the stay much more convenient. 5. Every room is equipped with a heat pump, so even when the temperature drops below 1°C at night, the house stays warm and comfortable—no need to worry about the cold. 6. It’s about a 20-minute drive to Queenstown CBD, and the road can be quite dark at night, so extra care is needed when driving.
