The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly which makes for a relaxing and comfortable place to stay in Central Christchurch. Please enjoy.

Summary: Great location. Garage was a boon! (Just make sure you have a smallish car as it can be a bit tight). Loved the quirkiness of the place, the back yard privacy, convenience of everything. The owners certainly take pride in this place. Veranda great for sitting on a lazy arvo in the warmth. Would stay here again for sure
