Positive: The property was clean and reasonably comfortable. All facilities were clean and in working order. Good range of TV channels available. Dry and warm
Negative: Recognition of the property was a concern and without the help of a neighbor I would not have known I was at correct address or able to locate the lockbox. The title of the property emphasising luxury, spa pool and parking was grossly misleading. I was unable to park my car in the garage without risking damage to it, the spa pool was a stand alone on a very small back lawn which was in good order and working even though we did not use it. If you assessed the property from the outside you would not go near it. The interior was a pleasant surprise, clean fresh and quite welcoming and the price asked was very reasonable. We did not once meet the landlords, nor was there any new towels or replenishment of stock over the four days. I wish the owners well with this venture but I think a touch more honesty and clearer guidelines to finding the property and the key would be very helpful.
