This standalone villa with its private outdoor spaces and fast broadband is ideal for privacy yet minutes from the city centre

Parking is on-road, with a walk down to house. Bed layout configured to suit after booking. I live next door. TV, with Sky dish and connecting cable if you bring your own Sky box

Summary: Great and easy set up for our family of 4. We loved the sunny spaces, bird-song soundtrack, and the feeling of being in the trees. The location is a pleasant walk or bus ride to the CBD. There was so much to explore out our door, including the Wadestown shops, playground, library, and northern walkway trails. Jeremy is very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.
