Coast View Farm is a modern three bedroom (master with ensuite and large dressing room) home with double internal garaging. This property is a 2021 build and is situated just off Tablelands Road, so getting to town is only a short drive away.
The large living area is the perfect spot for getting together, with access onto a lovely balcony for sea gazing, when the weather is warm. There is also a double sofa bed which can be made up if required.The kitchen is centrally locatedwith a great island bench for breakfasts and one of the largest dining tables ever seen is located in the dining area....Perfect for a catch up drink after a hard day fishing, biking or walking around the many tourist spots in Opotiki.
There is also a great concrete pad to accommodate extra cars and/or the boat!
The bedding is made up of two queens and the third bedroom has two king singles and a double sofa bed, making it ideal for families or work colleagues requiring a base to work from. *Please inform us if you need the sofa bed made up upon booking.
