Welcome to Pohutukawa Farm — an Eco Lux loft stay overlooking the Mapua Inlet.
Set within a reimagined industrial warehouse on our little patch of farmland, it’s spacious, light-filled and a little unexpected. Soaring ceilings, huge windows and industrial bones meet warm, relaxed comfort and beautiful inlet views.
Throw open the doors, put some music on and settle into a slower rhythm. Cook something delicious in the fully equipped kitchen, pick herbs from the garden, fire up the BBQ or simply sit and watch the inlet change with the tide.
Then sink into the outdoor bath under the stars, light the outdoor fire, pour something lovely and stay awhile.
At full tide, take a kayak onto the inlet, grab one of our modern vintage-style bikes and head into Mapua, or do absolutely nothing at all.
Pohutukawa Farm is Eco Lux with personality — relaxed, a little romantic and made for good food, long soaks, slow mornings and having a really good time.

Summary: We had a lovely stay at Pohutukawa Farm. Pet friendly, though not fully enclosed but our wee dog loved it. Beautiful views, comfortable bedding, good kitchen facilities. Loved the outdoor bath under the stars. Would love to come back again.
