Close to the sea this is a wonderful coastal retreat where you can relax and enjoy NZ at its best. Situated in its own microclimate at Kekerengu on the South Islands East Coast and just 40 minutes from Kaikoura and Blenheim. A wonderful welcoming rural community surrounds you and plenty of options for leisure and recreation. The local environment offers access to kilometres of beach ideal for line fishing, cray fishing and swimming and the hills and mountains provide bountiful hunting or walking options. The home is a renovated villa that is warm and cozy with open plan kitchen and dining. Extra room is created with the bonus of a rumpus room/bedroom attached to the garage. Plenty of off-street parking and a large covered patio for those barbeques and entertaining guests. And all this is situated on a large developed section with fruit trees and gardens.
