Positive: Nice person to deal with. Very helpful. Everything was clean and tidy. Great location for what I wanted to do in Christchurch

Negative: A suggestion. There needs to be more kitchen utensils. As the stove top is induction the pots and pan need to have magnetic bottoms to be able to cook on it. I wasn't able to get the oven to work . I have a similar stove at home. . Other than that all was great
