Good access to a number of walking tracks and less than five minutes' drive to the town ship. A short drive to the town center and the many bars, cafes and restaurants that Kaikoura has to offer. Pleasant easy walks around the bay in the evenings or to the marina to watch the boats coming and going. Enjoyable walks either around the peninsula or over the hill tracks to the town ship.
