Summary: I want to say great communication and a fair price. We were really surprised to find the frontage of the property yard, gardens and lawns not groomed the lawns are long and gardens have gotten away not the nicest 1st impressions. We also wanted to use the empty car garage as there was 2 vehicles and very limited car parking space for the 2nd vehicle but we were told we couldn't even though it was empty. We were allowed to put our bikes in there though. Parking for the 2nd vehicle is finding a park on the street which can be near impossible. The inside is lovely and warm has most of what you need its a minimum for linnen and bedding which the beds were very hard to sleep on. Overall the house seems clean but on closer inspection it is well due for a spring clean especially oven,fridge and bathrooms. Would we stay again yes we would because its in a great location, its a fair rate and its warm and overall nice its just needing a good spring scrub and the frontage a good working bee to make it shine. The owner as i said was lovely to deal with great communication.
