3 Bedroom House in Te Anau

Built in 2019 this brand new house in a modern subdivision has beautiful mountain and lake views and is only 250 metres from the lake and 1600 metres to the picturesque township of Te Anau.

With heat pump and full insulation, the house is cosy and warm with all day sun which sets in the living area. The property boasts a large grassed area with shrubs and gardens around the yard providing a relaxing setting on a beautiful day.

Only a stone’s throw from the lakefront and reserves, Fiordland Chalet is bathed in all day sun which heats the home naturally as it sets in the living area.

Each of the 3 bedrooms has a queen sized bed with an electric blanket and additional blanket in the wardrobe. There are full sized wardrobes with coat hangers and shelves provided to unpack your luggage and make yourself at home.

The bathroom has a dual entrance with a door directly into the master bedroom acting as an en-suite, with the other door into the hallway for access from the other rooms.

The house is fully equipped just like home with the additional feature of a dishwasher and microwave to make cooking and cleaning up easier plus washing machine, clothesline out the back and a clothes drier should you need it for longer stays.

The property is not fully fenced, so children will need to be supervised.
