Quiet friendly street only 1 min walk to golf course and walkways. 5 min walk to shops and beach. Bus stop available to go to town or 10 mins to walk. Cafes and restaurants available in Fitzroy. Fully contained home. No parties and no smoking outside please. Tv with freeview. Lawn for kids to play on or just sit outside with a wine or two.

Summary: Very clean house. Aweome spot for my brother and i to call home for a couple days. Good location. Nice and quiet. Would definitely stay here again if i was to stay in new plymouth again.
