This stylish place to stay is perfect for a couple or a young family as it comes with a fully equiped modern kitchen, bathroom, wardrobe, sofa bed, extra storage space and a backyard. The entry is seperate to the main house hence the guests can enjoy full privacy. Located in a quiet location in Wigram. One free car park and off street parking available. Beautiful walk in the reserve & plenty of parks nearby .Supermarket is 2 mins away. Landing has some nice places to eat & a movie theatre.
The space
This is separate area but it is attached to the same house. You need not worry about privacy as we live in our own area downstairs and upstairs where we have our own bedrooms. The entry and exit are all separate from the main house. You may hear us but won’t see us. If you need anything someone will be available at home to help out. We will provide linens for both the bedroom and the sofa bed. There is also a spare mattress in the storage area. We will also provide basic breakfast items like milk, bread, spread, jam, cereal, tea, coffee and hot chocolate.
Guest access
The guests will be able to access the guesthouse from a separate door located next to the garage. The guests will have full access to their own living room, bathroom, kitchen, laundry, bedroom and walk-in wardrobe. There is ample space in the outdoor area that can be used for drying out all the washing as well as playtime for kids. Plenty of parking space around the house is available.
