Summary:
This is a small cosy studio apartment located in the back of the garage above the main house. It has a small kitchenette with 2 hotplates, a microwave, Nespresso machine, French Press (coffee plunger) and small fridge freezer. Everything you need for a comfy stay located only 2.5km to the centre of Queenstown & 5km to the airport. There is a parking space for the Studio in the driveway beside the retaining wall marked with the number "2". There is also additional parking at the top of the driveway.

Please note that the Main house is also rented out to guests so please repect their space, thank you :-) The garage is for the house guests to park their vehicle, so please do not park in the garage.

The Neighborhood:
Kindly note our house is located within a residential area. Please respect our neighbours by always keeping noise to a low level, especially between 8pm – 8am.
Getting Around:
There is a bus service, Uber & Taxi's
Ski Season Transport Information. If you are driving from the house, Coronet Peak is about 25 minutes / 18.6 km. To the Remarkables is about 40 minutes drive / 21.4 km. There is Ski Transport by Bus to both mountains which leave from the centre of Queenstown.
Other Things to Note:
Queenstown has mountain weather, which can mean a cold outbreak, even in Summer. We recommend bringing a wind-proof and water-proof jacket and some warm clothing at any time of the year. Hiring a car is a very popular and convenient way to explore the Queenstown area and beyond. Remember that in New Zealand we drive on the left and our roads are often narrow and twisty. Don't fall into the trap of planning car travel times based on the distance you might be able to cover on a highway at home. The main house under the studio is also for visitor accommodation, please be respecful of the other guests.
