Enjoy scenic views of Wellington, the coolest little capital in the world, from this cosy, self contained studio apartment located in the central city suburb of Brooklyn. An ideal place to stay and relax, if you're visiting for pleasure or business. With its own private entrance you'll feel right at home in this studio apartment which includes free wifi, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette and a lavender court yard. After a long day, a comfortable queen bed awaits you or if you have a need to stretch your legs, take an invigorating walk up the track to the Brooklyn wind turbine through the Waimapihi Reserve. Quality restaurants, cafes, bars and takeaways are just a 5 min drive away at the Brooklyn village or watch a movie at the local vintage cinema. The distance between the studio and city is about 3 km. It will take between 30 to 40 minutes for a leisure walk which takes you through the Wellington's Central Park located close to the CBD, containing native bush, a playground and flying fox. Summary: This was certainly one of our most favorite stays. Pauline and Julie were remarkably accommodating and their hospitality helped our stay in Wellington be amazing. First, you can't beat the views. Second, you're close enough to the excitement, but far enough from the chaos when you want to be. We will definitely be returning!
