Although the ‘Mount’ is famed for it’s beaches there’s much more here for year-round activities. With walks to either Kaiate or McLarens Falls, Dolphin Safaris and the Classic Flyers Aviation Museum, which has jets, a biplane and even a replica Spitfire on show. For eating out there are plenty of options with numerous cafés and restaurants, including a café on the ground floor. Or try the unique Pizza Library, which offers quirky décor, music and waiters in top hats!
There is plenty of parking on the street, but you will probably wont need it. Plenty to do within walking distance, or there are buses and taxis close by. Or hire bikes or take a trip out on the water!

- No visitors. This means that only the exact guests who are booked to stay can be at the property at any time. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in you being removed from the property immediately and all costs associated with this will be on-charged. If you are wishing to have guests visit you when at the property please get in touch with us prior to your booking as we can make the odd exception on a case by case basis.
- There is a BBQ at the property for your use. If you do use the BBQ during your stay please ensure you clean it thoroughly before you leave. Failure to clean the BBQ will result in an additional cleaning fee of $70 + GST
- If you are taking the property for longer than two weeks then the owner requires a clean at least every two week period. This amended cleaning charge will be sent through to you once we have received your booking.
- If you lose the key / key fob a replacement fee will be charged.
- For any lockouts, the guest will be charged a service fee for re-entry and in some cases a locksmiths fee.
- Our check out is 10am. If you have not vacated the property by this time and our cleaners are delayed you will be charged a fee of $100 for every half hour you remain in the property.
