Positive: Good location. Walking distance to Sky Tower. The parking is a bonus. Very convenience.

Negative: The facilities are quite outdated and appear to be poorly maintained. There was water underneath the bathroom basin. When we reported this to reception, the gentleman who appeared to be the manager said he would come up to check it within five minutes. However, he never came. Instead, a cleaner was sent to bring a bath mat. The toilet flush button was also not functioning properly. We had to press it twice each time to get it to work. There was no complimentary bottle of water provided in the room. The breakfast quality was below average and did not meet the standard I would expect from a four-star hotel. Overall, the hotel is nowhere near the standard of a four-star property. Given the condition of the facilities and the level of service, I do not believe it offers good value for money.
