Summary: Location was great. House and outdoor area was perfect for what we needed. Kitchen had all supplies. Check in was super easy and organised.My expectations were exceeded - property much better and rooms bigger than they looked online. So really really happy!I am def keen to return (as i visit Napier annually) and highly recommend this hone as a great place to stay
