Just 50 metres or 2 minute walk to beach on a quiet road. Suitable for single, couples or small family. There is a queen size bed and a pull out couch that turns into a double bed. local dairy/fish & chip shop is flat 5 minute walk. Fabulous surfing and fishing. A short 30 minute drive to Rotorua, 15 minutes to Papamoa and 20 minutes to The Mount and Tauranga easy 30 Whakatane and Ohope! Or hit the slopes in Taupo and come to walk the beach. Central but well out of the way. Paradise Found!

Summary: Lots of hick ups , cold water just old empty spare gas bottle outside,. broken blinds, confusion about the key at arrivel and waiting 2 hours outside. Not very clean Wont go back there
