To create a relaxing and homely atmosphere, the light, open-plan living and dining area is furnished with comfortable chairs and couches positioned in front of a large TV. The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials you need for your stay, including coffee pods provided for the Nespresso coffee machine.
The ground floor living space opens out to your private, fully fenced, tiled courtyard with established evergreen trees bordering the roadside, offering privacy and a sense of urban living. A modern outdoor dining table completes this space, allowing you to enjoy it all day long.
For convenience, there are two bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom is equipped with a shower, basin, and a separate toilet. Heading upstairs, you'll find the second bathroom with a bathtub, basin, and toilet.
On the second floor, two generously sized bedrooms await. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and its own balcony for enjoying the sea breeze. Bedroom two is furnished with a queen-sized bed and one single bed, with an additional trundler bed available for an extra guest (please request this when booking).
A washing machine is provided for your convenience. The duplex is situated on a large shared section, where guests share the backyard space with the neighboring unit, offering plenty of room for kids to explore and play.
