The space
My apartment is less than three years since built and has been thoughtfully designed to be comfortable, while also being stylish and modern.
There is a private entrance on the right hand side of the main entrance gate. Electronic security at entrances, elevator and cctv monitoring by building management. A concierge service is operating from the main building office.
The apartments furniture has all been lovingly chosen including beautiful works of art from local New Zealand artists. Mood lighting is available with three settings in each switch and 4 indirect lights with shades.
This kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, Nespresso machine, air fryer, ceramic cooktop, electric convection oven, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes drier, and fridge/freezer. The dining table has four chairs.
There is remote controlled air conditioning/heat pump, plus a large dyson bladeless fan, and two air coolers in the bedroom for use as needed.
A Smart TV with streaming amplifier and NHT speakers plus DVD player is in place where you can use your own Netflix, gaming etc. The Bluetooth surround sound speaker system has remote control so play your own music from your phone.
The Balcony has coffee style table and chairs. Smoking is permitted on the balcony but only with the sliding doors closed please.
There is one large and comfortable bedroom - which has a queen sized bed with 5-Star hotel quality linens. There is a private bathroom with hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, body and hand wash, first aid kit, even a rain shower.
