An Architectural modern 2-3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2 level dwelling with large part covered decks offering beautiful uninterrupted north facing views over the Mahurangi River. Set in established native bush there is an abundance of native birds and less than 5 minute walk to the waters edge.. This is a unique area with varieties of bush walks, offering the lovely sandy beach and the historical Scotts landing colonial building . all within 20 minutes of Matakana and Warkworth.
