Dillon House is a charming two bedroom home featuring large windows in all rooms to make the best use of natural light and capture Marlborough's plentiful sun.It possesses a separate and bright fully equipped kitchen through to the cosy, fully furnished living room with flat screen 43inch TV and heat-pump.
The bathroom has been recently renovated and features a new toilet, vanity and large shower .The laundry is in a seperate room. The property is nestled on a secure north-facing section with good indoor/outdoor flow from the living room to an outdoor deck and garden. Foldaway single bed with mattress and bedding (if required) Guests are asked to NOT to park on the front lawn. Tea, coffee and sugar provided Special conditions: No Parties or Events permitted Smoking permitted outdoors only . Minimum stay two nights No pets please .
