Spacious 3 bedroom house with large deck and all the necessaries. Sensational Panoramic Views over Doubtless Bay. Peace and quite with privacy. A short walk to your choice of beaches. Catch schnapper off the beach…boat launching…plenty of seafood gathering, and you may well see a pod of dolphins or a few Orca splashing about. Five star restaurant at the Carrington Golf Course, or enjoy the magnificent views of the other side of the peninsula from the heights of the Karikari Cafe. Petrol station, bottle store, diving and fishing gear..etc etc.. the famous Matai Bay is a couple of k down the road.
THROUGHOUT DECEMBER AND JANUARY EVERY YEAR ONLY BOOKINGS OF A WEEK OR LONGER ARE PREFERRED.
