Other bedrooms have double beds, but can include an additional single or bunk bed. Lounge is huge with 2 large lounge areas and 2 Smart TV's. Large kitchen with large central island, includes large gas hob, two separate ovens and double Fridge/Freezer.
North facing deck is fully fenced, so safe for kids. Off street parking for 4 cars.
The canal pontoon is suitable for a launch up to 40 foot long and there's 2 available jet ski docks if required (extra fee applicable for mooring and/or jet ski docking).
The house is situated 50m from the start of the Pauanui Tairua Cycle Trail through beautiful pine forest and estuary front boardwalks. Pauanui Waterways adjoins the Pauanui Estuary which is fantastic for waterskiing, wakeboarding, windsurfing and biscuiting.
