Earles Place Manu Bay Panoramic View | House in Raglan

Earles Place is a unique, tranquil beach house with one of the best views in Raglan: Manu Bay to your left, Ngarunui Beach to your right and the Tasman Sea in between. Perfect for surfing, beach days or simply admiring the coastline, with beach access a short walk through the native canopy.
The open-plan interior has high ceilings, timber beams and big windows full of ocean views. Upstairs are two loft-style bedrooms on an open mezzanine, separated by a timber walkway: a queen with a private balcony deck, and a double. The master has panoramic coastline views to wake up to. Downstairs, a third bedroom with two single beds brings the total to six guests. Please take care with children on the walkway and on the deck steps.
The beach-style kitchen has a breakfast bar, gas hob, bench top oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, plunger coffee maker and fridge/freezer (no dishwasher). Ranch sliders open to a large elevated deck with a BBQ and a covered outdoor table for six, overlooking Manu Bay. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine. Free Wi-Fi is included, and the Smart TV runs apps only (Netflix, Neon, YouTube), so bring your own logins.
We provide linen, towels, toiletries, tea, coffee, dishwashing liquid, laundry powder and gas for the BBQ. You will have the entire house, outdoor area and double parking space.
At the end of a private cul-de-sac, you are about 8 minutes from Raglan township, with Cox Bay (8-minute walk) and Lorenzen Bay (10-minute walk) for swimming and kayaking. Surfers love Manu Bay, families love Ngarunui Beach, and there are walking tracks at Mt Karioi and Te Toto Gorge, plus golf, mini putt and fishing.

- Strictly no smoking indoors. If you smoke outdoors, remove butts from the property on departure.
- Residential area - Quiet time from 10pm to 9am.
- Events and parties are not permitted without prior arrangement. Guests limited to number booked. Extra charge if exceeded.
- BBQ (if available): clean with supplied cleaner after use. Cleaning fee if left dirty.
- Rubbish: 1x full blue bag allowed. Take extra with you or use a local refuse station (see house info folder).
- Recycling: 1x full bin per stay. Extra: take with you or $25/box disposal charge.
- No EV charging.
- Left belongings: $20 minimum return fee plus courier cost.
- Motion-sensor security camera may be present at entrance door. Footage may be reviewed if misconduct is suspected.

After payment, you`ll get a secure link to the property portal and will need to verify with a photo ID and a quick selfie — access details are released automatically once it`s done.
