Sitting elevated off the street you will enjoy the outlook and north facing views and all day sun on the sprawling deck. Enjoy relaxing alfresco dining, with a Weber BBQ and intimate seating around the fire pit at the end of the day.The home has been stylishly refurbished with a modern kitchen and bathroom. There is open plan living through the kitchen, dining and lounge and the deck opens up from the dining making for great indoor/outdoor flow, and an outdoor shower for after the beach. There are two double bedrooms and another bed in the converted garage for extra guests. The queen beds are super comfortable for your enjoyment. Please note one of the bedrooms is in the converted garage which can be cooler in the winter months so recommend that bookings during winter months use only 2 rooms in house and not garage so ideal for 4 Guests.There is a carport for one car, with additional parking on the road
