Located in a very sought after street in Mt Maunganui. This house is just an easy five minute walk to the fantastic Mount Maunganui surf beach voted best in New Zealand for seven years in a row by Tripadvisor, and the award-winning Tay Street Beach Cafe, sought after by foodies and coffee lovers alike. Downtown boutique retail fashion shopping, cafes and hospitality 1.6km away. Blake Park Oval at the end of the street for cricket (internationals)
Sitting elevated off the street you will enjoy the outlook and north facing views and all day sun on the sprawling deck. Enjoy relaxing alfresco dining, with a Weber BBQ and intimate seating around the fire pit at the end of the day.The home has been stylishly refurbished with a modern kitchen and bathroom. There is open plan living through the kitchen, dining and lounge and the deck opens up from the dining making for great indoor/outdoor flow, and an outdoor shower for after the beach. There are two double bedrooms and another bed in the converted garage for extra guests. The queen beds are super comfortable for your enjoyment. Please note one of the bedrooms is in the converted garage which can be cooler in the winter months so recommend that bookings during winter months use only 2 rooms in house and not garage so ideal for 4 Guests.There is a carport for one car, with additional parking on the road
