Positive: Size, location and it was warm

Negative: Was not enough beds for 8 guests let alone nine. The leak in the front room to the left of the main entrance was heavy enough to half fill a two litre bowl. That guest had to drag her mattress to the lounge to get a decent nights sleep. She also had a cockroach run across her face during our first night. She caught the cockcoach and I gave it to the asian lady who was in the flat adjoining the house. She didn't need to be told which room was in question either, she already knew. The stairs to the clothes line is slippery when wet as are the pavers because the pavers need to be cleaned. There are empty polystyrene boxes stacked under the clothes line that are annoying when hanging washing. Bottom half bath toilet wouldn't flush after day 2. Need coasters and place mats for the glass table. There was no hand or electric whisk to whip cream. Couldn't find a broom, vacuum or broom and shovel.
