This city sanctuary features a luxury entertainer's kitchen fully optioned with a De Dietrich Oven and induction cooktop, a commercial refrigerator, wine storage, blender and espresso machine. Also includes baking and cooking equipment, cocktail and drinkware.

The designer bathrooms feature Italian terrazzo and ceramic tiles, marble topped vanities, brass fittings, luxe showers and a Kohler bathtub.

It comes with its own underground car park, and access to the building's gym, swimming pool, and spa.

From here you can walk around the Central City, sample the local cuisine at one of the many beautiful restaurants, or meander through the laneway shops of Christchurch.

Summary: We were delighted with the location and with Eve Apartment itself. It was VERY clean and well-appointed and decorated professionally. The building was historic but nicely updated and feels high-end. There was a Nespresso coffee maker in the full kitchen. Plenty of refrigerator space. Having a functional washer and separate dryer was a huge plus. There was even laundry detergent for our use. The beds were comfy to the point of being luxurious. We had a bit of difficulty in figuring out the heater, but that was on us and the apartment was very nicely warm (early winter). We had fans to cool it off in the upstairs bedrooms. There are stairs to get into the building and no handicapped access, but once inside there is a lift to the apartment. Parking in the garage was super tight for a midsized SUV but smaller vehicles should do fine. We used a pay lot across the street with easy access. I would recommend Eve Apartment to other visitors, and would stay there again if visiting Christchurch.
