When you arrive at Evergreen Estate you will find a beautifully manicured country house and cottage. The seperate cottage or guest house will be your home away from home with all the creature comforts.
Fully established English gardens. The main house was established as a shearing quarters in 1922, the cottage was constructed in early 2000.
Recently almost fully refurbished the cottage contains two bedrooms, one slightly more generous than the other, lovely indoor outdoor sheltered patio, a very functional kitchen, dining and lounge area.
With a stunning outlook into the Muriwai Valley, and most likely a friendly equine.
Your accomodation has all the luxuries of home, a full size kitchen with everything required to enjoy your stay. The host enjoys cooking and has put items into the kitchen that she would use to prepare food in her own home.

The bathroom is compact but very functional with large extractor fan, and heat lamps.

We are easily located 10 minutes from Waimauku turn off as you to Muriwai Beach - follow till you get to Muriwai Valley Road then take the first left at the intersection and we are 500meters up on the left on Cable Road.
