The address has an extensive modern home with spacious grounds, deck and patio areas leading out to a large pool & spa, all with breathtaking uninterrupted views of Rangitoto Island and the Hauraki Gulf.
Framing the outlook are mature Pohutukawa trees, with visiting Kereru, Tui or Kotare, just so right for New Zealand, lending shade to positions where decisions can be thought through or complete relaxation achieved with your favourite book.
Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own entry to the patio and pool. The main bedroom at one end of the house has an ensuite; the other end with 2 bedrooms caters for children or guests and has a bathroom, separate toilet and attached large playroom.
The kitchen dining area is roomy and warm, designed just right for informal family entertainment.
There is also a more formal lounge with a stone wood feed fireplace, but hey nothing needs to be formal unless you feel the need to entertain business colleagues.
