Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space set right on Lake Rotorua with expansive views of both the beach front and lake. Our home comfortably sleeps 10 people, with so much to do in the home, that you won't want to leave! A 10 seater spa, trampoline, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, a little beach and next door is a reserve for morning walks.
This home boasts 3 lounges, 3 full bathrooms, 2 toilets and 5 bedrooms with ample space for everyone to comfortably spread out.

The Space:
Perfectly positioned to face the lake, the 5+ bedroom home exudes a fresh charm thanks to the high ceilings and spectacular lake views which can be fully appreciated from the living areas, and the master bedroom.

Scenic walks and the cycleway are through a gate or you might prefer to try your luck at one of the nearby world-class fishing spots.

Stroll down to the sandy shore where you can make sandcastles, swim or kayak (x 2) or standup paddle board (x2).

An outdoor deck area invites summer living and afternoon barbeques.

A massive 10 seater entertainers SPA pool is heaps of fun, regardless of the season!
