Positive: The size of the house is perfect for extended families like ours plenty of room and space for everyone. With 2 spas, sauna and sunken trampoline, there was something for eveyone to enjoy. The house has everything you would need. Even a whole cupboard full of kids toys and board games. Super close to Prebbleton township if you needed any groceries. Plenty of parking space out the front.
Negative: The house is fully equipped with electronic blinds and curtains. It does get a little confusing which control is for what one. The same with the lights. You have to tap each one to work out which one is needed. Maybe need a QR code printed in the house somewhere for easy access to the guidebook, to see instructions on how to use.
