Garage - Please note that the garage area is not available for guest use

Spa pool use - Use of the spa is not permitted after 10pm due to local regulations & the proximity of neighbouring properties that may be affected by noise.

Stairs - This property has stairs leading to the upper lounge and mezzanine area. All other areas of the home are on the ground level.
