Beautifully positioned to enjoy the epic outlook across the wetlands, taking in the natural surroundings and wildlife, with direct access to the Twin Rivers walking and cycle trail and a stones throw from the Kawarau and Shotover Rivers, and amazing views of the local mountains.
The perfect base to explore, with Frankton shops and the airport just a few minutes by car, Queenstown and Arrowtown both a short car or bus journey away.

An open plan living and dining space, with fully equipped kitchen and walk in pantry gives plenty of space to knock together those family meals, with a further seperate family media room behind double doors. Both spaces lead to the generous patio which features outdoor furniture and dining, a children’s play space and epic views of the surrounding mountains and wetlands.
The master bedroom boasts a queen bed, walk in robe and ensuite bathroom.
The second bedroom contains queen bed and built in robes.
The third bedroom has twin beds (2 singles) and we have a travel cot and some other baby equipment available by request.
Guest have access to the space as listed. There is no guest access to locked rooms garage.
