Located in the new Prestons subdivision in north Christchurch, this sunny and comfortable home is a 20 minute drive to the airport or into the city centre, and 5 minutes drive to the Palms shopping centre. Walk to Flax café for lunch or the Rowdy Kitchen for pizza, or to Christchurch’s newest Maccas in Marshland Road.
Open plan kitchen and living area and separate lounge. Three bedrooms – master bedroom has an en-suite, second bedroom has a queen bed, and third bedroom has a king single bed with pull out bed underneath for the sixth guest if needed.
