Family orientated cosy Charakter Home | House in Napier

A down to earth cosy Family orientated holiday home away from home with lots of character. This is our Family home that we usually due to lifestyle fully occupy during the winter months and then get a little 'blinked and blitzed' to share it with others during the summers when we do what we do.

Located in Napier South just a short walk up to the National Aquarium of New Zealand on Marine Parade,
Bike tracks and playgrounds and parks not far of either or just hop in the car and its 5min into town center. Tho there is a bus stop just up the corner as well.
There is space for 2 cars in the driveway or use the plenty off street parking to keep drive free for kids roaming around the house(there's is some loved bikes and ride ons).

The spacious Master bedroom features a medium hard Super King Bed for a good night's sleep,plenty Wardrobe and Drawer space for storage.

Second bedroom is having a medium firm Queen sized Bed. Also here loads of storage space for your own use.

Third bedroom our 'kids room' with a standard single bed and a self build truck loft bed with hide out underneath.

An olden day bathroom with shower over bath and a separate toilet as it is in most older houses.

Make yourself home whilst cooking in for the family or friends in our fully equipped kitchen.
Everything needed from the standard utilities, kettle, toaster and microwave you got electric stove and oven/rang hood , hand Mixer, Blender, plenty oven and baking dishes and a lot of pantry staples you most welcome to use.

From the kitchen/dining/living you step out to the covered private outside sitting area with gas BBQ. You will also find some fruit trees, vegetables and herbs around the property. Please feel free and help yourself during your stay.

There is plenty of books, games and toys for the younger ones to be found as well as some family board games, cards games etc.

All bedding, linen, towel plus toiletries and essentials provided.

This 3 Bedrooms House provides accommodation with Balcony/Terrace, Oceanfront, Bedding/Linens, for your convenience.
