This property is unbelievable with breathtaking uninterrupted views of The Remarkables and Lake Wakatipu.
This property is drenched in natural light with it's expansive windows taking in the majestic views of both Mountains and Lake from every room.
With direct Lake access only 20 steps away and the Frankton Track leading to either the Marina (2km) or Town via the Gardens (4km). This is a scenic flat walk with dual use by bike and pedestrians.
The open plan kitchen and lounge allow you to sit indoors in the colder months while still admiring the outdoors, while cooking your own meals in or relaxing over takeout and a Pinot. While the open air balcony comfortably accommodates four in the warmers months along with a BBQ while breathing in the fresh Mountain air over a cheese board and Pinot.
One bedroom accommodates a Queen bed while the other has a King with the ability to be split into two Singles. The bathroom even boast a impressive window in the shower.
Please note there are 40 step steps required to be taken to gain access from the carpark as seen in the pictures. Luggage will need to be carried down and up these stairs for access.

There are approximately 40 step to reach the property. The car park is at the top and luggage and item will need to be carried down them to reach the property.
The amazing view as well as its secluded location sets this property apart from the rest. With its direct access to the Lake, Track and Semi Private Beach.
The Marina 2km along the Track has the best local Brewery around as well as a wine tasting room, bakery and cafe as well as a wine & tapas restaurant. The Rees Hotel next door to the property has a fantastic restaurant as well for those not wanting to stay too far. Other wise a short walk 4km or ride into town opens up the best Queenstown has to offer in way of dinning and entertainment.
