Unit 1 is one of four Flaxmill Bay holiday units in a shared complex at Flaxmill Bay 3 minutes drive from the centre of Cooks Beach. This is a fabulous location 100m from the beach. Flaxmill Bay is a small, sheltered somewhat undiscovered bay situated between Cooks Beach and Ferry Landing making it a more relaxing place to stay over the busy summer months, but still close to the passenger ferry to Whitianga and all the local highlights.

The kitchen has all the basic facilities you need (no oven) and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. There is 1 bedroom with a Queen bed and there is a sofa bed in the lounge when required. This is a great base to enjoy all the amenities in the area.
