Welcome home :)

Enjoy a large double bath while the luxury real flame fire & Heat pump warm the house for a cosy movie or game night.

- 2 minute drive to St Andrews Golf course
- 5 minute drive to either town or The Base Shopping Centre
- 5 minute drive to Waikato Stadium
- 10 minute drive to Globox Arena

Great for families, professionals and holiday makers!

3 double bedrooms, great outside entertaining area and plenty of parking, all on a fully fenced section.

Full use of the entire house. This is a full time Airbnb so no personal belongings will be present.

Self check-in, however we are only 5 minutes away if you require any assistance.

Two streets away from one of Hamilton’s main straights, this is both quiet and still very central.

Beerescourt is known for its close proximity to Hamilton’s best river walks which can provide guests with an enjoyable walk directly into the heart of the city or a leisurely walk to the local parks or golf course :)

Centrally located, guests can walk to town via the river, grab a short Uber to the Base or be 15 minutes drive from any corner of the city.

With room for 3 cars in the driveway and always plenty of free parking on the quiet street, parking is never an issue.
No Smoking or Vaping inside. This will incur an $800 fee enforced by Airbnb

Please do not park on the grass. That would be appreciated :)

Summary: Nice home for a base camp, loved the large driveway and back deck. Ac wouldn’t work the first day but host was quick to respond and trouble shoot. Only issue we found was the second primary bedroom had a very uncomfortable mattress- nearly folded in on our guest who was sleeping there. Bathroom was recently renovated and was great!
