Surrounded by native plants sits a unique, warm, comfortable home with lots of character ... curves, solid plaster walls and a leather lounge suite. Mountain views with sunny outdoor area. Walking distance to lake, shop and hotel. Only 20 minutes drive from Wanaka. Beautiful Lake Hawea for watersports, walking and relaxing by the lake.
There is a studio attached to the house which will be occupied. Separate entrances and outdoor areas but there is a shared driveway.
There is also no stair guard on main stairs so care is needed for young children.
1 bathroom with shower over bath. Second toilet upstairs.
Extra single mattress available if needed for a 7th person, can go on mezzanine floor but wouldn't be private.
Maximum of 7 people. Mature people only.
Please note there is no washing machine available.
