It's all about LOCATION! This modern interior 1 bedroom apartment has it all; unlimited views of surf and coastline, ceiling to floor glass ensuring picturesque views, bi-folds opening onto large deck, privacy of spa.
This north facing (upper) apartment is ideal for "the romantic getaway" consisting of bedroom with king size bed with your own private spa. An open plan entertainers delight. Alternatively to accommodate more guests rent downstairs (G Spot - Lower), combined apartments will sleep up to 4 guests.
Please note we do not allow pets to stay/visit.
Wine and dine "alfresco style" on the deck, bbq, outdoor dining seating and private spa to indulge your senses.
We have supplied a sun umbrella over summer months.br>
Heating consists of wall heater in lounge and smaller heating in bedroom plus fan over summer months (if needed) .
Sky TV provided, channels include Basic/Movies/Sports/Rugby/Sky and Music. Free wifi.
Aux cord provided from speaker system, simply just plug in your device and play music from you app.
Natural water falls and rock features compliment the native garden landscape. You may be lucky enough to have our wee friend, the kereru bird visit amongst the trees.
Sauna located at bottom of the garden. PLEASE NOTE: An additional $20/night is required, minimum of 2 nights, if you choose to use the sauna. Sauna is also shared between guests at G Upper and G Lower apartments (booking system applies). If you would like to use sauna, please state on your initial enquiry so we can incorporate price into your quotation.
