The size of three hotel rooms this 80 square metre one bedroom apartment is unusually spacious. There's a sofa bed in the lounge that quickly converts to a comfortable queen-size bed, so it accommodates four guests. We've just completed a complete refurbishment with brand new furniture. It's looking stylish, fresh and beautiful. There's lovely views of Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains. A seven minute walk takes you to the lakeshore and the fast ferry to town. Please note that the spa pool is available only by arrangement with the owner as guests in the house above have priority.
