Positive: Very friendly and helpful host. Great facilities and a lovely private outside garden. V clean quiet, comfortable bed. Good shower and washing facilities. Parks very close by. Ideal for dog walking.
Negative: The bedroom curtains need a bit of sorting to close properly. No off street parking but fairly quiet road.
Summary: Lovely stay, and would recommend.
