Our beautiful home in Mt. Eden is ideally located for both business and leisure travelers, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. With a fully equipped kitchen, TV, and four well-appointed bedrooms, this home is the perfect choice for your time in the city.

This home is conveniently located near the summit of Mt. Eden, one of Auckland's most iconic landmarks, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the city. Just a short walk away, you'll find a variety of restaurants, cafes, and local eateries, perfect for enjoying delicious meals and experiencing the vibrant dining scene in the neighborhood.

The main living area features a cozy couch and a TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The house boasts bright interiors and a stylish, minimalist design, offering a comfortable and modern atmosphere.

In the fully equipped kitchen, you'll find everything you need to prepare meals, including an oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, refrigerator, and all necessary dishware. A dining table that seats 5 is also available, making it a great space to enjoy meals with family or friends.

The home offers four bedrooms, wherein the 3 bedrooms are furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed, bedside lamps, fresh crisp linens, and soft pillows for a restful night's sleep. The fourth bedroom includes a single sofa bed and a dedicated workspace, ideal for remote work or quiet study.

The bathroom is clean and well-maintained, offering everything you need for a refreshing stay. Guests also have access to a washer and dryer, ensuring convenience throughout their visit.

Other Things to Note:
This property features two separate units. The house is located in the front with its own private entrance, ensuring your privacy. There is another unit in the back, but both houses share the driveway space in front. Each unit is independent, providing a comfortable and peaceful stay

Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.

Parking: Complimentary on-site parking is available for our guests throughout their stay

Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the property for a $65 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash,7 x tea/coffee, 6 x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.

This is a professionally managed property so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced property.

Interaction with Guests:
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.
