Our little slice of paradise is ready for you to enjoy. Just a stone's throw from the beach at Lyall Bay, or a short walk around the coast to Princess Bay. The house boasts gorgeous views out towards the airport and through to the Cook Straight. Enjoy a glass of wine on the deck overlooking the Rimutaka ranges or hop on a bus from the stop directly below the house and be in Wellington City within half an hour. Kilbirnie shops are approximately 2 kms, with two supermarkets and plenty of cafes and shops for all your needs. The airport is a quick 5 minutes drive away, or venture over to Mirimar to visit the Weta cave or many lovely cafes.
Our house is a comfortable family home, with newly renovated bathrooms ready for you to enjoy an enjoyable and stress free break away. Our kitchen is well supplied with microwave, induction stove and a new oven replaced just this year. We're keen cooks so you will find great pans and sharp knives plus many kitchen utensils to use. Outside you'll find a generous outdoor table, umbrella and Weber BBQ.
The master bedroom boasts an outrageously comfortable California king bed and ensuite with rain shower. Each of the single rooms have comfy King single beds and soft cotton linens.
The house has a combination of fixed double glazed doors and windows and some with magicseal perspex panels, plus central heating throughout so you will remain comfy and warm. Hot water comes from an unlimited infinity system and we offer a grunty 9kg Bosch washing machine.
Enjoy unlimited, fast wireless and apple TV with Netflix and Neon as well as on demand channels, plus a good selection of books and board games to enjoy as a family.
